How soon will my order ship/when will i receive my order?

All of our decals are made to order and most items will ship within 1-2 business days. You’ll receive a shipping notification along with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping times vary depending on location:
Shipping within the U.S. generally takes 2-5 business days.

International shipping generally takes 2-3 weeks, but can take longer depending on how quickly the package passes through customs. International packages are not considered lost until it has been 8 weeks from the date they were shipped.

Can I see what the design will be?

Yes, once we get the wording of your choice we will create the design and send you a digital image of the design for your approval. We will send you the design via the Email or Etsy Manager.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

• Custom or personalized orders

• Earrings (for health/hygiene reasons)

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
